Apple announces University offers in India where students can buy apple products for discounted prices and with added offers exclusively. Campaigned as “Back to School” by Apple, the firm cuts as much as ₹10,000 for MacBooks and iPads. Indeed, you’ll get free Airpods for certain purchases.

Back to School offers

What is it? ‘Back to school’ is an initiative by Apple to offer its products at a discounted price and with offers exclusively for students. The perks apply only to students of India who have a valid educational mail ID provided by their institutions. Teaching staffs in any educational institution and parents of students are also eligible to avail these offers.

The campaign generally begins at every June or July and ends at September or October. This year, the offers are available from June 20 to September 30, 2024.

Apple iPad

Apple iPads have 7-9% discounts, saving you from ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 based on the models. You’ll also get an Apple Pencil Pro worth ₹11,900 for ₹10,900 and Apple Pencil ₹7,900 for ₹6,900. However, buying Apple Pencil separately will not get you any discounts.

MacBook – Student Discounts

Out of all the offers, MacBooks attract exciting discounts with savings as much as ₹30,000, for the top-end MacBook Pros. In addition, you also get a free Airpods for any MacBook purchase. Apple offers 3rd Generation AirPods with lightning charging case for no cost, while other AirPods are available to purchase at a markdown cost.

AirPods

Apple announces free AirPods (3rd Gen) for students and huge discounts for its other variants. But there’s a catch. Apple doesn’t offer discounts for AirPods separately, but with only on purchase of either MacBooks or Mac or Mac mini.
