There might be scenarios where ‘Time’ becomes the ultimate deciding factor on accomplishing tasks. People filled with several tasks on the table may struggle coping up with the deadline. On these scenarios, leveraging artificial intelligence tools may help you out in increasing your productivity without comprising the efficiency.
As said by many employers, not knowing how to use AI tools and leveraging it, would be a big trouble since he/she will be on the verge of getting replaced by the one who knows. And if you talk about productivity, every employee or student or anyone out there doing a task must know these 5 AI tools that’ll help you save time and efforts.
1. ChatGPT / Gemini

ChatGPT and Google Gemini are generative-AI chatbots developed by OpenAI and Google respectively. Both the AI tools are capable of understanding the prompts’ context and answer in a way that’s comparable and competing to how a human think. These are updated frequently by companies like OpenAI and Google, so the quality of answers you get can differ from month to month.
When it comes to sketching the most relevant and appealing response to a query, both the chatbots are proficient in their own way. While Google’s Gemini is better compatible for professional and daily usages such as writing mails, letters, asking for shopping advice, cooking recipes and so on, ChatGPT is better in reasoning and in answering philosophical inquiries, as the latter excels in providing detailed or nuanced information. ChatGPT is more willing to answer questions about politics and current events, while Gemini is more cautious. In philosophy questions, ChatGPT sounds more authoritative, while Gemini comes across as too agreeable. Indeed, Gemini is updated with latest news which is lacking in ChatGPT. Anyhow, both the AI tools can serve you the best in improving productivity upon knowing the suitable tool for your scenario.

2. NotebookLM by Google

Google dropped in a powerful AI tool for virtual research assistant and note-taking called “NotebookLM” which adds more value to your work or project, reducing the efforts of searching.
Google launched NotebookLM in July 2023, but is one of the unexplored AI tools that has huge potential in helping you out in your studies, project or research. People in academics, project-works, film-makers and anyone who work with documents can experiment with the tool to acknowledge its capability.
NotebookLM is an generative-AI tool powered by Gemini’s 1.5’s multimodal capabilities to assess and make connections between various sources you’ve added.

I personally use
I personally use all these AI tools for my works and it helped save me a lot of time and efforts. To put it in a nutshell about how I use these AI tools for my work:
1) I use ChatGPT / Gemini to write mails, essays, summary and to study about any new topic.
2) NotebookLM is very useful for me to research about any topic, to know the details of it and to write content for my Instagram-page (it’s also fully factual, so you can trust it). I personally think everyone should leverage notebookLM AI.
3) Claude’s dominance in writing codes helped me when I was making a personal app, just for experimenting. It also generates me some quality texts for random needs.
4) Napkin AI has served me great in creating visuals for my Instagram page and for PPTs of my academic tasks too. That saved me a lot of time.
5) Notion AI is the best when you have dozens of things to do and you are trying to be an organized person. I wouldn’t say it’s fully AI, but the application coupled with AI caters enough. You can even create your own portfolio-website using Notion.
These tools however powerful they are, will be fruitful only when you experiment it and learn to balance them with your to-dos. I wouldn’t recommend to start with all five at once (since you might feel it heavy), but atleast one or two. First two AI tools are my top suggestions.
I hope this page was useful to you!
